Despite the pandemic coronavirus, affecting Russia, utility rates in the country according to tradition, will be increased from 1 July. It is reported telekanal “360”.
In some regions more expensive, not all utility services, in addition, by 2021, the Russians protected from fines and disconnections of services for debts on a communal — a decision the authorities took in April to reduce the negative effects of the pandemic COVID-19 on the financial condition of citizens.
As noted, “360”, in Moscow in spite of the pandemic from July 1 increase charges for gas, electricity, heat, hot and cold water and Sewerage. The maximum increase of about 5 per cent provided for payments for electricity. 4.5 percent will increase the cost of cold water, for other items the increase will be from 3 to 4 percent. Tariffs on housing maintenance, intercom, a TV antenna and a radio receiving station payment for overhaul will remain the same.
Earlier in June, was named ways to save on utility bills. The expert advised the Russians to install water meters to switch to energy-saving bulbs, install new Windows, and frequently wash them. In addition, it is recommended not to accumulate debts and in a timely manner to pay the bills to avoid penalties and fines.
