From the explanatory note to the document says that the website services will be created subject specific situations for appeals and complaints. It is also planned to automatically redirect the references to the designated authority. Citizens will receive notifications about the progress of the complaint. For processing typical queries will use artificial intelligence (AI).
Appeals and complaints must be submitted in writing to the IFC or by mail. The bill should enter into force 180 days after publication, because this is the time required for the adoption of by-laws and finalization of the portal of public services.
Earlier it was reported that a Single portal of public services launched a service to apply for payment on children-orphans and the disabled. Tab “Payment to citizens for temporary custody” appeared in the section “Pension and benefits”.
