Scientific-educational center (REC) in the Belgorod region will receive a grant in the amount of 144 million rubles. The corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin, reports Bepress.
“We have a scientific-educational center of international level. And it already provides us with completely different opportunities in the paradigm of development of economy and social sphere. How we develop our REC, we can already see that we go the right way” — leads edition of the words of the Governor of the region Yevgeny Savchenko.
As noted Belpasso, funds for the development of the REC will be submitted in the framework of the national project “Science.” Similar grants also will highlight the Tyumen state University, Kemerovo state University, Perm, Federal research center of Ural branch of RAS and the management company of the REC from the Nizhny Novgorod region.
RECs are created in Russia within the Federal program “Development of scientific and scientific-production cooperation” of the national project “Science.” According to her, by 2024, the country must receive a minimum of 15 scientific and educational centers of the world level, 14 competence centres of STI, scientific and research centers. For the program it is planned to allocate 215 billion rubles.
