In the reference information center of the CEC received more than 467 thousand calls for vote on constitutional amendments, said the CEC Chairman, Ella Pamfilova. It was quoted by RIA Novosti on Tuesday, June 30.
“Of all these reports and complaints, number of complaints, containing information about problems, shortcomings, possible offences, is just over two percent,” she said.
Earlier Tuesday, Pamfilova said that in voting for five days took part of 49.6 million people. The turnout according to the morning of 30 June amounted to 45.7 percent.
A nationwide vote began on 25 June and will continue until July 1, inclusive, which will be for the Russians off. Among the proposed amendments is the right of the incumbent President be re-elected for a new term, the priority of Russian laws over international.
To amend the basic law in January suggested the President of Russia Vladimir Putin. Then he stressed that all the proposals will be submitted to a popular vote.
