The speed limit on the Central ring road (Central ring) can be increased up to 150 kilometers per hour. The final decision will be made before the end of the year, said transport Minister Eugene Dietrich. His words are given on the website of the portal “the Future of Russia. National projects”.
Now the pre-agreed speed is 130 kilometers per hour. In addition, as the head of the “Avtodor” Vyacheslav Petushenko, the maximum fare on Ckado will be 2.5 rubles per kilometer.
The construction of ring road in the Moscow region began in 2001, it was supposed to finish in 2014. The route will take place in 50 km from MKAD along with the “Moscow small ring”. It is assumed that the four-lane road should relieve the city from transit freight transportation. To complete the construction we need at least 15 billion rubles.
Russia until the end of 2024 plans to implement 13 national projects: “Health”, “Education”, “Demography”, “Culture”, “Safe and quality roads”, “Housing and the urban environment”, “Ecology”, “Science”, “Small and medium entrepreneurship and support entrepreneurial initiative,” “labor Productivity and employment support, international cooperation and exports”, “Complex plan of modernization and expansion of trunk infrastructure”.
