An unidentified man burned a Russian flag near the Russian Embassy in Kiev. In the diplomatic mission now is to vote on amendments to the Constitution, RIA Novosti reported.
A spokesman said that the man burned the flag and left, he was not arrested. In addition, near the Embassy around 10:00 Moscow time held a small rally, which was attended by about 10 people. “Sounded anti-Russian statements. Then gone,” — said the diplomat.
For voting on amendments to the Constitution also opened in Kyiv, Odessa, Kharkiv and Lviv. Diplomats say that the situation on the areas calm.
A nationwide vote began on 25 June and will continue until July 1, inclusive, which will be for the Russians off. Among the proposed amendments is the right of the incumbent President be re-elected for a new term, the priority of Russian laws over international.
