President Vladimir Putin will not participate in the raffle bonuses on the capital program, “millions of prizes” for participants of the all-Russian voting on amendments to the Constitution, said press Secretary of the head of state, Dmitry Peskov, answering the question. It is reported TASS on Wednesday, July 1.
The Russian leader earlier on Wednesday voted at the polling station in the building of the Presidium of RAS in the South – West of Moscow. In the main voting day, one of the capital sites also visited Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
A nationwide vote began on 25 June and will continue until July 1, inclusive, which will be for the Russians off. Earlier, the President urged Russians to vote on the proposed amendments to the Basic law.
“Millions of prizes” is a joint initiative of the Moscow government and Moscow chamber of Commerce and business. Users can get up to four thousand bonus points (one point is equal to one ruble) and exchange them for discounts in cafes and restaurants.
