The Governor of Bryansk region Alexander Bogomaz has asked Vice-Premier of Russia Marat Khusnullin to reallocate 155 million rubles allocated from the Federal budget for the region for the project “Pure water” in 2021, for the current year. This writes the “Rossiyskaya Gazeta”.
It is noted that in 2020 it was planned to spend on the project 21,297 million rubles, and in 2021 — 355,737 million. He stressed that the transfer of funds will allow us to implement the order of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin about obespechenii of the region’s population with quality drinking water from centralized water supply systems. He added that the regional authorities are ready to co-Finance the project.
Gonsoulin considered the transfer of funds is possible, noting that the government is already actively practices “of the shifting of funds between years left”. “If you guarantee that you will be able to realize the planned projects, we consider the question of transferring funds from 2021 on this,” said he to the Governor during a personal meeting.
Providing the population with quality drinking water — a goal set in the Federal project “Pure water” national project “Ecology”. The national project is directed on the complex decision of environmental problems of the country. Only its implementation will allocate four trillion rubles, three of which will receive from investors. The project also includes such topics as “protection of lake Baikal”, “Pure air” and “Improvement of the Volga.”
