Full implementation of the transition to udalenku in Russian universities is impossible, because digital technology is limited despite their potential. So the introduction of telecommuting in higher education institutions was estimated by the authors of the analytical report on “Lessons “stress test”: the universities in terms of the pandemic and after it”, initiated by the Ministry of education and science, RIA Novosti reported.
According to the report, effective use of distance technologies needed required competencies of teachers, students and other employees of educational institutions, as well as the “special organization of the educational process”, effective and convenient technological solutions. The document also says that the situation analysis will help to make a new step to improve the competitiveness of higher education in Russia.
On 25 June, the head of Rosobrnadzor Anzor Muzaev reported that Russian schoolchildren will continue to be sent to udalenku after pandemic coronavirus. Distance learning will use during outbreaks of colds which happen in Russia in the fall and spring. Musayev explained that the service wants to give a chance to those who stay at home because of illness, not simply to attend the class, but to participate in it. He said that the full finishing system “to mind” will take several years.
In Russia for the entire period of the pandemic have identified 667 of 883 cases of coronavirus, died on 9 859 people, recovered 437 893.
