“There are neighbouring countries. Kazakhstan, however, has again closed to the quarantine, but Belarus is open. So Yes, there are people who are at your own risk and make such a decision, you fly, for example, from Minsk,” she said, noting that the way Russians fly to Turkey and Bulgaria, where there are no restrictions.
The Executive Director of the ATOR said that to get from Belarus in the principal countries of Europe tourists do not get even with a visa, as these States are now closed for the “third circle”, including Russia.
“Enter with a tourist visa in those countries have not yet declared a state of openness, will not work,” she summed up.
