The Kazakh authorities have denied recent rumors of “spraying the virus” from helicopters, reports Nur.kz.
In early July in the Internet appeared the video, where the helicopter sprayed a substance. Presumably, the footage was shot in Shymkent and Mangystau region. Some users have decided that the way air spend processing of plants against insects or microbes. Others suggested that the helicopter was spraying the viruses.
The defense Ministry said that the helicopters participated in weekly exercises, and an unknown substance were water for fire fighting. The head of Shymkent Murat Aitenov, in turn, said that the affected naivete of Kazakhstan, and does not understand how you can believe in spraying viruses. He urged not to succumb to provocations and not to believe everything you read on the Internet.
Earlier the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has urged citizens not to succumb to the pandemic coronavirus “panic, generating a high demand for drugs”.
