In Syktyvkar (Komi Republic) a local resident has made through the city court forced evictions dogs owned apartments. It is noted that the man lived together with his father, who owned a Dachshund. On it informs news Agency “Komiinform”.
The plaintiff complained that the animal is weakened due to injuries and for that reason your dog was walking. In addition, the fee had defecated right in the living room, on the rug in the hallway. The experts concluded that the apartment really was the putrid odor of the animal, on the floor there were traces of darkening and fungus that is manifested by the constant moisture.
City court sided with the plaintiff, the owner of the dachshunds was ordered to remove the animal from the apartment, as it is not properly cared for the animal and thus violated the norms of the Russian legislation.
Earlier in July, a similar dispute has been resolved in Orenburg: the court banned one of the owners of one-bedroom apartments to keep a dog at home. The conflict over the shepherd arose between the former spouses living in the same room.
