The failure of the devices was explained by the fact that the update QFQMXTC was only designed for Mexican users of Xiaomi Mi A3 and mobile operator Telcel. This confirms the fact that the name and logo of the operator, began to appear upon reboot of the device.
Xiaomi drew attention to the problem, saying that during the deployment of system update an error occurred. The company said that at the moment to revert to the previous version of the OS is not possible, and will soon be correcting the problem with the upgrade.
