Russian tour operators have started selling tours to Turkey after the announcement of the resumption of flights, suspended for the background of the pandemic coronavirus. This is stated on the website of the Association of tour operators of Russia (ATOR).
According to the organization, online systems, travel companies can already book a ticket to Turkey with flights 1 and August 10.
“For the first decade of August there are tours flights with a stopover in Istanbul, from August 10 to start direct flights to Antalya”, — stated in the message ATOR.
In addition, the website provides the current cost of travel to Turkey from different organizations. For example, Coral Travel, the price of a week tour for two with accommodation in a three star hotel will amount to 51 thousand rubles, and a week-long holiday for two on the system “all inclusive” from ANEX Tour will cost at least 60 thousand rubles.
In the list of countries with which Russia in the first place will resume its flights interrupted on the background of the pandemic coronavirus, included the UK, Turkey and Tanzania. As explained by Deputy Prime Minister Tatiana Golikova, these areas were popular among certain categories of citizens.
On the same day, July 24, Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin announced the resumption of international flights from August 1. He noted that at first the flights will be operated from Moscow, St. Petersburg and Rostov-on-don.
