Forbes magazine has compiled a list of Russian billionaires who increased his fortune since mid-March, when the country began the epidemic of the coronavirus, July 20.

In June, Russian President Vladimir Putin launched the reform, in which citizens with an income more than five million rubles a year the tax to incomes of physical persons (NDFL) in 2021 will increase from 13 to 15 percent.
Another change will be the fixed tax payment on the income of foreign companies that are owned by Russians. It will amount to five million rubles. According to experts, its use will be very beneficial for the richest citizens, as they will be able to significantly reduce payments to the budget.
