Russia won the argument in Europe

Russia has won the dispute from Europe to the world trade organization (WTO) regarding the adjustments. The panel of the WTO sided with Moscow and concluded that the European Union not to impose anti-dumping duties on Russian goods only because in Russia they use more cheap energy. About it writes RIA Novosti.

The European Union on the basis of adjustments previously imposed against Russia four anti-dumping measures. They touched on a Russian fertilizers (ammonium nitrate and carbamide-ammonia mixture) and pipes (welded and seamless). After the decision of the WTO, Russia are waiting for their cancellation.

The head of the Russian Ministry of economic development Maxim Reshetnikov has said that the WTO ruling will eliminate “historical” discrimination of Russian producers in anti-dumping investigations, the EU will improve access for goods from Russia to the European market.
