The eldest son of the late Russian composer Vladimir Shainsky has obtained in court the annulment of the transaction of purchase and sale of the apartment that the musician bequeathed his last official wife Svetlana. This writes the “Moskovsky Komsomolets”.
Joseph Shainsky, the composer’s son from his second marriage, sued for housing for two years. Property worth more than 10 million rubles, located in the North of Moscow, bequest went to the stepmother Shainsky — Svetlana. It was subsequently sold. But the eldest son of the composer failed to prove that he, too, had a right to share in dad’s apartment: the man has a disability, and so leave him without an inheritance, it was impossible — as it is impossible to leave without an inheritance and minor children.
The lawyer of Svetlana and her children, told the publication that the family will contest the court decision. “Joseph is a grown man that lives a long time in Israel, conducts an active way of life, with Mr Y. he did not communicate for many years”, — explained the lawyer.
Earlier in July, Vladimir Friske, a father who died in 2015, the Russian singer Zhanna Friske, promised to seize the home of TV presenter Dmitry Shepelev, the former civil husband of the star. We are talking about the mansion area of about 400 square meters, located in the village of Kryukovo, Istrinsky district, Moscow region.
