Capital courts arrested 10 participants in the mass brawl between Armenians and Azeris, which took place in Moscow on the night of July 24. On Monday, July 27, reports TASS.
Nikulinskiy court of Moscow arrested five people, accused under part 2 article 213 of the criminal code (“Hooliganism in a group of persons”).
Four participants of the conflict were arrested Kuzminsky court and one to Trinity court.
Earlier it was reported that, after fighting between Armenians and Azerbaijanis in Moscow have been detained more than 30 people. Concerning detainees protocols under article 20.1 of the administrative code (“Petty hooliganism”), and also prosecuted under article 213 of the criminal code (“Hooliganism”) and article 162 (“Robbery”). In addition, violators can be expelled from Russia and to close entry into the country for five years.
Mass brawl between Azerbaijanis and Armenians began on the night of July 24. The head office of the interior Ministry said that Moscow was recorded several cases of violation of public order, property damage and bodily harm.
