Estonia has started building work on strengthening the border with Russia, reports Postimees.
It is planned for three years to build the infrastructure on a stretch of 23.5 kilometres in Voru County from the junction point of the borders of Latvia, Russia and Estonia to the border Luhamaa. It will include patrol and access roads, fences, monitoring systems.
