The new school year in Russian schools will begin from September 1 in the usual format, distance learning will not be introduced. This format was announced by the Minister of education Sergey Kravtsov, reports TASS.
Kravtsov added that the Ministry of education is preparing for the opening of all schools and the traditional rulers.
On 8 July he said that traditional rulers on 1 September will not be because of a pandemic coronavirus, and added that the event “will be held in a little different format.” On 9 July he announced that September 1 will be the traditional line, but with security measures because of the coronavirus.
The Minister also said that the need to ensure the necessary conditions so as not to endanger the health of students and teachers.
In recent days, Russia has recorded 5635 new cases of infection with coronavirus. Over the entire period of the pandemic in the country identified 818 120 cases of coronavirus in 85 regions 13 354 fatalities and 603 329 cases of recovery.
