The last five days of July, according to climate statistics, it is the hottest period of the year to mainland Russia. The Russians warned the scientific Director of the hydrometeorological Roman Vilfand, reports RIA Novosti.
Vilfand said that the warm season comes on the European and on the Asian territory of the country. According to him, this happens at the end of July because by this time the lower layers of the soil is also warmed up, then the solar energy is transferred to the outer layers of the atmosphere.
The weather forecaster said that for coastal cities the warmest time will be August, because the transfer of energy from the sun is slow, in accordance with the laws of the molecular thermal conductivity due to the fact that the sea gives little energy. Maximum warming occurs in August, so this month is the warmest in the coastal settlements.
Earlier Vilfand warned citizens about the dangerous ultraviolet radiation within the next three days and encouraged not to be in the sun not to get sunstroke or burn. According to him, the threat the sun is expected in the Orel, Bryansk, Voronezh and Kursk oblasts, in Stavropol, Krasnodar, TRANS-Baikal and Primorsky territories, as well as in the Republic of Adygea and Vladivostok.
