In Kalmykia, the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) will receive subsidies to pay for electricity. It is reported TASS with reference to the press service of the regional government.
“Subsidies to SMEs provided by the Ministry of Economics and trade of Kalmykia legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, data about which are brought in the unified register of subjects of small and average business. The amount of subsidy is not more than 50 percent of the payments made for electricity in the current year spent on industrial needs”, — stated in the message.
It clarifies that this measure of support can count of the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs carrying out activities in the areas of manufacturing and catering. Grants are intended particularly for the protection of wages, and encouraging investment activity or business did not stop its activities due to the deterioration of the financial situation in the period of the pandemic coronavirus.
Support for entrepreneurs is provided by the national project “Small and medium entrepreneurship”, which is implemented in Russia at the initiative of President Vladimir Putin. It involves the increase in the number of employees in small and medium enterprises, including individual entrepreneurs, to 25 million people by the end of 2024, increasing the share of SMEs in GDP to 32 per cent and the share of exports of SMEs — up to 10 percent of the total by 2024. Only the implementation of the project it is planned to allocate more than 481 billion.
