The state of Komsomolsk-on-Amur is depressing, said acting Governor of the Khabarovsk Krai Mikhail Degtyarev during a working meeting with the deputies of the regional Parliament in the Legislative Council. About it reports “Interfax”.
“From what I last week at the Komsomolsk-on-Amur see, I just have hair on a head move. I will understand,” — said Degtyarev, refusing to blame for what is happening, “Barack Obama, Donald trump and Moscow.”
In particular, he spoke about “risen” construction sites and the decline of the improvement of Komsomolsk-on-Amur. “Here is the problem, and that people need to explain and will deal with all the unscrupulous contractors, government officials and those who can be covered”, — said the acting head of the Khabarovsk territory.
He admitted that correspondence had about the city a different view: there was a feeling that it “make fighter jets, superjets, ships, submarines”. Degtyarev also said that the development of Komsomolsk-on-Amur from the Federal budget allocated tens of billions of rubles, but the result is no no.
39-year-old Mikhail Degtyarev was appointed to a new position by presidential decree on 20 July. Its predecessor Sergey Furgala was dismissed in connection with loss of trust, he was charged with two articles about the murder of businessmen in the early 2000-ies. The former Governor pleaded not guilty. After his detention in the region are uncoordinated protests.
