Commenting on the new appointment, Titov said that the owner of the cafe knows the problems of small and medium businesses and discussed this issue with the President.
Earlier, Rosstat found that the crisis in the Russian economy in the first half of the year, more than a third of companies (36 percent) worked at a loss. The statistics do not include the small businesses, which, according to experts, suffered even more.
