The head of the Executive Committee of the National Council of reforms of Ukraine, Mikhail Saakashvili proposed to abolish the constitutional court in the country, reports “112.ua”.
“The constitutional court in its current form is not at all necessary. We propose to put to a referendum the question of the abolition of the current constitutional court and the Constitutional chamber of the Supreme Court of Ukraine”, — Saakashvili said.
He also proposed to abolish the system of administrative, economic courts and to create County justice center, and the number of vessels to be reduced from 764 to 200.
Earlier, Saakashvili said that Ukraine is missing a state, he was ousted officials. “In Ukraine there is a bunch of bureaucrats, each group of officials has its own boss,” he said.
