Head coach of Kazan “Rubin” Leonid Slutsky felt unable to successfully work in a “good” European club. His words bring “news”.
Slutsky spoke about his experience as head coach of the Dutch “Vitesse” and the English “hull”. He noticed that it was very interesting, but stressed that is not going to go abroad in the near future.
“It is, perhaps, to admit that I’m not a level coach to be sought after good European teams”, — said the expert. Slutsky added that he feels the need to be as efficient as possible in “the Ruby”.
July 22, ended the season of the Russian Premier League, and the Kazan club finished in tenth place. He has 35 points, while at Zenit St. Petersburg, who won the tournament — 72.
In “Vitesse” Slutsky worked in the season 2018/2019. He resigned after a fifth consecutive defeat of the club in the Dutch League. Hull city, the Russians headed from June to December 2017. Coach is also known for work in the Moscow CSKA and Russian national team. With red and blue three times he won the national championship and twice the Cup of Russia.
