In the Saratov region go to court three Russians who raped and killed a man after trying to sell him into slavery. On Tuesday, July 28, according to the regional Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR).
According to investigators, August 9, 2019 32-year-old resident of the farm neighbor drank alcohol with three friends. At some point one of them voiced suspicions that the farmer stole his phone. Two of his companions 27 and 47 years supported the claims of the other and began to beat the man on the head. After that he was put in the car and together they went to the nearby settlements. From time to time we stopped the car and began to beat the victim.
The men decided to sell Russians into slavery in one of the personal subsidiary land plots to recover his losses. After learning about their plans, the victim tried to escape but was caught, beaten again and placed in the trunk of a car. Driving around to nearby farms, the suspects offered to buy a slave, but nobody agreed.
Then beaten and brought to the shore of the pond, took out from the car, where the leader of the group made against him of sexual assault. After that 27-year-old attacker repeatedly struck the victim in the head with a foot, a 47-year-old man attacked with a wooden stick on the back. Then all three left the scene of the massacre. From the resulting head injury complicated by cerebral edema, the injured man died.
Two days later, the victim’s brother reported his disappearance to the police. Field investigators have detained three suspects. The instigator of the massacre pleaded guilty. Concerning it criminal case under article 127 of the criminal code (“trafficking with violence”). Against his partners also opened a case under article 111 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (“Deliberate causing of heavy harm to health, entailed death”) and 132 of the criminal code (“Other actions of sexual character”).
Criminal case with the approved Prosecutor indictment was sent for consideration by a jury.
