In the Tver region in the framework of the national project “Ecology” appears ekotekhnopark and 32 transfer stations, with the result that by 2024, the region will be able to recycle up to 100 percent of municipal solid waste (MSW). “In General, to 2024 in the region for processing it is planned to send up to 100 percent of municipal solid waste, for recycling to 58% of the total MSW”, — stated in the message.
Ekotekhnopark will create in the Central district and will be equipped with a waste sorting complex. In addition, it is planned remediation of legacy landfills.
“In the region, provided funds for the reclamation of landfills, grateful that the Federation allocates funds for these purposes. I hope in the near future will begin, which will enable municipalities to go to another level. In addition, our businesses are involved in Federal work and supply of equipment for sorting and recycling in other regions”, — said the Governor Igor farm, with the results held in the Tver meetings with the Minister of ecology and natural resources of Russia Dmitry Kobylkin.

By decree of President Vladimir Putin, deadlines extended from 2024 to 2030.
