The Russian fighter of the mixed style (MMA) Khabib Nurmagomedov revealed plans for the next fights. About this he wrote under the post of commentator for the ultimate fighting championship (UFC) Joe Rogan in Instagram.
Rogan admitted that waiting for the next match with participation of the Russians in the UFC. Earlier it was confirmed the fight, the 31-year-old Nurmagomedov with American Justin Gati. The Russian fighter took part in the discussion of the post, adding that he plans to fight former UFC champion canadian Georges St-Pierre in April 2021-th.
On 28 July the head of the UFC Dana white made the fight between St-Pierre and Nurmagomedov. Earlier, white spoke about the impossibility of the organization of the fight. It is known that the father of Russian athlete abdulmanap Nurmagomedov is also expected to host the fight. Nurmagomedov Sr. died 3 Jul 2020 as a result of complications transferred coronavirus infection.
Nurmagomedov is the current holder of the belt of the champion of UFC in the lightweight division. On account of his 28 victories in 28 fights. Russian holds the second place of the rating of fighters of the organization without taking into account weight categories.
