Residents of one of the districts of Komsomolsk-on-Amur, which they call “Berlin”, addressed to the acting Governor of the Khabarovsk Krai Mikhail Degtyarev with a complaint against fleas and rats. It is reported by RIA Novosti.
Local residents met in the city Degtyareva with placards in the administration building. They said that living in the district “Berlin” people suffer from fleas and rats. In addition, citizens complained that the houses are built of blocks of content of harmful asbestos dust which is injurious to health and cause allergies.
“Go up to the local officials and deputies,” — said Degtyarev, after hearing of citizens. He also asked them if they have hot water, whether they are satisfied with the landscaping and asked how it was organised distance education during the regime of isolation.
Homes in the “Berlin” was built in the 1980-ies as a temporary housing for the builders of the local CHP, but after the restructuring, the people remained to live in them. The area is known as the capital of Germany, because this country imported of the building structure of houses.
Mikhail Degtyarev was appointed acting Governor of Khabarovsk Krai by the decree of the President on July 20. Its predecessor Sergey Furgala was dismissed in connection with loss of trust, he was charged with two articles about the murder of businessmen in the early 2000-ies. The former Governor pleaded not guilty. After his detention in the region are uncoordinated protests.
