Thousands of inhabitants of Bashkiria will be free to develop digital profession in 2020 in the framework of the national project “Digital economy”. This was reported by TASS, Executive Director of the Association of educational institutions “Electronic education of the Republic of Bashkortostan” Ruslan Gabidullin.
“This year the program “Key competences in the digital economy” under the national plan to train 13 thousand citizens, free of charge. All students will be accompanied by Tutors Association of electronic education of the Republic, this support will be ongoing, it will include both technical and content aspects of training,” — said Gabidullin.
According to him, the program will be divided into three levels of difficulty: before you start training, the trainees will undergo testing to define the level of their basic knowledge. The training schedule will also be compiled individually.
As explained Gabidullin, the program will include five units: information and communication literacy skills creating digital content, information security, problem-solving skills in a digital environment. At the end of the training participants will receive certificates.
This initiative has been implemented in the framework of the Federal program “Personnel for the digital economy” national project “Digital economy”. Only the implementation of the national project it is planned to allocate more than 1.8 trillion rubles. It also implies an increase of internal costs for the development of the digital economy at the expense of all sources, the creation of sustainable and secure information and telecommunications infrastructure for high speed transmission, processing and storage of large amounts of data, as well as the transfer of government agencies and organizations to use mainly software developed in Russia.
