Prices for residential real estate in Moscow region remained moderate positive trend: for the second quarter of 2020, the capital cost of new buildings mass segment remained at the level of 182 thousand rubles per square meter. In the suburbs in the second quarter of the apartment began to rise — the average cost of new buildings increased by 4 percent, from 97.7 thousand to 101,5 thousand rubles per square meter. The big-budget offer is concentrated in the North-Western direction of the Moscow region, where the average apartment price — 6.2 million rubles.
