Almost all the owners of second homes in Moscow, even before the pandemic coronavirus planned to sell the apartment, but ceased to look for buyers due to quarantine, has returned to the market. This is stated in the message of Agency “INKOM-real Estate”, arrived in edition “Tapes.ru”.
The proportion of those who are still delaying the communication with customers and access to trades is quite small, the realtors, around 8 percent. This is, firstly, the sellers, not of vital need to hurry, and secondly — people who fear devaluation of their funds after the implementation of the apartment.
The experts believe that currently the secondary market the situation is favourable for the sale of the property: it is expected that the demand will grow due to a further decline in mortgage rates, as well as the anticipated influx of buyers from the market.
“We assume that due to expected supply shortage on the “primary” in several locations in the Moscow region, as well as concerns related to the delay of construction of new housing, some potential buyers of apartments in the primary market in the end will prefer the secondary housing”, concluded “INKOM”.
Earlier in July, analysts said that the gradual restoration of supply, and therefore increased demand in the secondary housing market in Moscow, you can wait until the end of August — September when will start the new business season.
