In the year to July 2020 apartments most favorite among Russians, the Turkish city of Antalya has risen by 20 percent. The average cost per square meter in the resort made up 2.82 thousand lire (350 Euro or 30 thousand rubles), the message reads portal Turk.Estate, arrived in edition “Tapes.ru”.
According to analysts, the prices of apartments in the national average has increased less dramatically — 14 percent for the year. Turkish “square” in July 2020 is 2.43 thousand lire (about 300 euros or 26 thousand). The average payback period of apartments in the country — 18 years, and the sales period lasts an average of 77 days.
In the first quarter of 2020 in Turkey, it sold 14 percent more units than in the same period last year, according to Turk.Estate.
In the summer of 2019, the Turkey has become the most popular country among Russian tourists. According to the Association of tour operators of Russia (ATOR), for tours to Turkey accounted for about 50 percent of all sales in travel agencies. In second place was Russia with 20 percent.
