The President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed the law on multi-day voting in elections at all levels. The document published on the official portal of legal information on Friday, July 31.

On 21 July the state Duma adopted the law about the possibility of voting at elections and referenda at any level for a maximum period of three days. Specific period determines the CEC of Russia.

Earlier, the Kremlin and the CEC agreed to conduct the upcoming elections from 11 to 13 September inclusive. While September 13 will be the main day of voting. So, in these terms, 18 regions will choose governors also is scheduled for 11 campaigns for elections to the regional parliaments and municipal councils in 22 capitals.
