The CPS recommends traveling abroad Russians to adhere to certain rules of nutrition. It is reported RIA Novosti with reference to the press service of the Ministry.
According to Rospotrebnadzor, from the diet travelers should exclude anything that may contain meat or semi-wild animals. Tourists also should not eat and drink from a stranger or dirty dishes. In addition, eating better outdoors or in a hotel room.
Earlier, Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin announced the resumption of international flights from August. At first the flights will be carried out only from Moscow, St. Petersburg and Rostov-on-don.
Countries with which Russia restores flights in the first place, was the UK (London), Turkey (from August 1, Ankara and Istanbul, from August 10 — Antalya, Bodrum and Dalaman) and Tanzania (Zanzibar island). The list will be gradually expanded.
