The wife of the deceased in St. Petersburg musician rapper Andy Cartwright (Alexander Yushko) Marina Kohala called another possible reason for his death. She said the lawyer Irina Scurtu, reports Telegram-channel Mash on the Sink.
According to counsel, the institution could be a heart attack, but a panic, the Marina decided that he had a drug overdose, but 100 percent-that she’s not sure. Quite possibly, the death was from natural causes. Andy had heart problems, said his wife. Besides, he was in a depression caused by the pandemic and reduce fees.
Kohala investigators were unable to interrogate yet, because she was on the verge of losing consciousness: woman almost didn’t sleep and didn’t eat for five days.
Earlier on 31 July it became known that in the apartment of a musician was his mother-in-law. She knew that her daughter dismembered body of her husband. The woman kept asking the Marina to report the incident to the police, but feared for her daughter. Nevertheless, she helped Kohala to get rid of the putrid smell and covered the body with salt.
On 30 July it was reported about initiation of criminal case under article 105 of the criminal code (“Murder”). During the month, investigators must obtain the results of forensic medical examination which will establish the cause of death. If it was non-criminal, that will be a decision to dismiss in the absence of evidence of a crime.
The body of the musician was sent for examination. According to Kohala, he died four days ago from a drug overdose. To hide “the inglorious death of a musician”, she dismembered her husband, and laid it in bags and wanted to hide, but not figured out what to do with packages, so I contacted a lawyer, who called the police.
If it is confirmed that jusko died from a drug overdose, the Kohala will have to answer under article 244 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (“Violation of bodies died”).
